We’re proud to showcase these core beers at our Taproom and in our wholesale markets year-round.
Our mixed fermentation sour ales are fermented with both lactobacillus and brewer’s yeast to achieve a high level of complex tartness. After fermentation, we age the base beer with different recipes built of fruit purees and spices to highlight exciting flavor profiles. Our “In Development Series” is a special experiment we’re using to test new ideas, recipes, flavors, and drinks, all to be filtered through YOU. Each beverage will have a unique survey attached to the label which you can use to let us know how we did!
