At Night Shift Brewing, we think change is a good thing. Meet Morph, our ever transforming IPA series. With new recipes from batch to batch, Morph allows our brewers to experiment with different hops and malts. The result? A wide range of IPA varieties all under one name.

This recipe showcases Motueka, Topaz and Simcoe hops. This blend provides a delicate balance of floral and citrus aromas, followed by a rush of easy-drinking white grapefruit and meyer lemon (5.3%)

Combines Galaxy, Ella, and Vic Secret hops. Notes of juicy pineapple and tangerine with a pine resin finish. (6.2%)

Dank nose of orange and pine, soft mouthfeel, notes of candied citrus and tropical fruit, nicely bitter finish. Balanced blend of Wakatu, Nelson Sauvin, and Vic Secret hops. (6.5%)

Featuring juicy hops Galaxy and Equinox, layered on a soft wheat-IPA malt bill. Notes of apricot, pine, and lime (6.0%)

Clean, crisp, tropical IPA with a bright, citrusy, bitter finish. Our Santilli flagship IPA will be based on this recipe. (5.7%)
